We are searching for highly motivated individuals to join on this adventure in a position that plays a central role for the growth of the company. The responsibilities are diverse and require a developed aptitude for sales, business development and personal leadership.

Sustainability is an integrated part of a business strategy for a modern enterprise. Not only is sustainability reporting recently required by law, it is also gives the company a competitive edge for attracting customers, employees and investors - a must to stay relevant in the 21st Century. With the Worldfavor platform, companies digitalize its sustainability management and data, allowing them to gain an overview of compliance, risk and strategy. 

Tasks as Senior Sales Executive:

  • Responsibility for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, negotiation and contract management.
  • Determine sales strategies and ensure that sales goals are reached or exceeded.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for highly ambitious sales representatives with successful track record of revenue generation from B2B sales, coupled with deep interest in business development. You want to make a difference within sustainability and will go the extra mile to do it. In this position you create your own success with hard work, whilst contributing to an important matter. You will be doing business with Sweden's top mid-market and enterprise companies.

Furthermore, you are a goal-oriented person with the ability to build trust with customers. You are independent, strategic and possess great communication skills and the ability to structure your work and react fast.

  • Experience from B2B sales execution, with a track record of reaching or exceeding targets
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree (or other equivalent education)
  • Ability to manage complete and complex sales cycles from prospecting to closed agreement, and to lead oneself through the many challenges and keep focus
  • Understanding of business, bottom line and C-level challenges
  • Confident presenter and good listener
  • Confident on the phone and in making cold calls - an important part of the job
  • Goal oriented with high capacity
  • Coachable and willing to learn and adapt 
  • Adaptable to a young growth company environment; open-minded, flexible, independent and initiative-taking
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, speaking and writing
