Sales Development Representative - Stockholm, Sweden

Join our fast growing sales team as Sales Development Representative and help companies become sustainable with smart technology. 

In the role as SDR, your job is to deliver business opportunities to our sales team. You will be responsible for the entire process of generating leads and opportunities to your Account Executive colleagues - by researching and identifying relevant prospects and reaching out with outbound activities, such as by phone, e-mail and other relevant techniques. You will be qualifying these business opportunities, and you will also take care of inbound leads, qualify and convert them to business opportunities. A perfect role for you who enjoy high activity, working against clear targets, and having interactions on a daily basis! 🏆😻

You will be working in our sales and client team of experienced professionals in business development, sales and corporate sustainability, spending your days helping companies and organizations improve in sustainability 🌍

Of course, you will also be an important part of the entire Worldfavor team, a diverse and fun-loving group with a wide range of backgrounds - from sustainability, software engineering and business development to marketing and entrepreneurship.

😎 Who are you?

  • You possess great communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken (additional languages a bonus). 
  • You enjoy working in a fast paced environment with high activity

  • You takes initiatives and have a high sense of responsibility
  • You enjoy an entrepreneurial company culture and dynamic environment
  • You have the ability to understand processes, challenges and drivers within larger companies

👍🏽 It's an advantage if you also

  • Have experience from working with sales in some way, preferably B2B and even better from SaaS-companies or other software/digital companies
  • Have a degree in business administration, sales education, or other relevant education or training
