We are now looking for the next star to join our sales team as Sales Development Representative! In the role as SDR, your job is to deliver business opportunities to our sales team. You will be responsible for the entire process of generating leads and opportunities to your Account Executive colleagues - by researching and identifying relevant prospects and reaching out with outbound activities, such as by phone, e-mail and other relevant techniques. You will be qualifying these business opportunities, and you will also take care of inbound leads, qualify and convert them to business opportunities. A perfect role for you who enjoy high activity, working against clear targets, and having interactions on a daily basis! 🏆😻
Of course, you will also be an important part of the entire Worldfavor team, a diverse and fun-loving group with a wide range of backgrounds - from sustainability, software engineering and business development to marketing and entrepreneurship. 🌍

😎 Who are you?
- You have 2+ years experience in similar roles
- You possess great communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken (additional languages a bonus).
- You enjoy working in a fast paced environment with high activity
- You are results oriented and thrive when you get to work towards reaching and exceeding targets
- You have experience in outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing etc
- You have met or exceeded outbound sales targets
- You takes initiatives and have a high sense of responsibility
- You enjoy an entrepreneurial company culture and dynamic environment
- You have the ability to understand processes, challenges and drivers within larger companies
- Your are structured and can create a sense of organisation in a complex and fast- paced environment
- A more senior candidate with interest in leadership may also develop their coaching, recruitment and leadership skills in the near future in this role!
👍🏽 It's an advantage if you also
- Have experience from working with sales in some way, preferably B2B and even better from SaaS-companies or other software/digital companies
- Have a degree in business administration, sales education, or other relevant education or training
- Have experience in working with various lead generation systems
