🙌 The role as Customer Success Intern

As an intern within our Customer Success team you will get to work with helping our clients to reach their sustainability goals through our Worldfavor platform. You will get a better understanding of how companies work with sustainability and how the Worldfavor platform creates transparency for global organizations.

✅ What you will do

• Attend meetings with new and existing customers and help them to get started, or take the next steps in our platform and within their sustainability journey
• Try to better understand our client’s needs and how we can cater to them
• Answer questions around the Worldfavor platform and give advice to our clients how they can better use the different functions
• Support in creating scalable processes to ensure we exceed our customers expectation

🚀 We believe that you will create value if you:

• Have an interest in sustainability and how tech have an impact within sustainability
• Have experience from customer facing roles, this can be from a part time - or summer job
• Are studying at a university with a focus on Business Administration or Sustainability
• You are fluent in English, both in speech and writing

We are open to interns either before summer or after. Please add your availability in your application. This is an unpaid internship that should be a part of your university degree, we prefer that you can work full time during the internship period.

We have several previous interns that have continued their careers at Worldfavor, both as part time employees as well as full time and for the right person there might be possibilities to continue working at Worldfavor after the internship.
