Onboarding Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to our Implementation team. Our mission is to ensure that all new customers get the absolute best start on their sustainability journey together with us. When the collaboration with a new customer starts, we ensure that they get guidance and support in our SaaS solution to truly make a difference.
The implementation team makes sure that our customers thrive in the Worldfavor platform and thereby succeed in their efforts to become a more sustainable company. Worldfavor works with both Nordic sustainability leaders and large global companies, and we are on a fast-paced growth journey to expand both locally and internationally.
You'll become a part of our team of implementation specialists who oversee all our new customers. We are communicative, driven and take pride in delivering a great solution.
🔍 We are looking for you who:
- Have an interest in sustainability and the tech sector and wants to take ownership in the onboarding of new customers
- Are detail-oriented, analytical and thrives in a project-leading role
- You are curious, like to learn new things and to share your knowledge to create value
🚀 Main responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding project of new customers
- Facilitate workshops together with key customer stakeholders
- Conduct platform setups and configurations so that the customer get the most out of our platform (No coding skills are required)
- Close the the customer onboarding within project time-frame ensuring successful delivery
📝 Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar
- Experience in project management (preferably from working with a SaaS-solution)
- Excellent communication skills in English (ideally also in Swedish)
💌 Extra qualifying experiences:
- Experience from working within sustainability
- Experience from implementing digital solutions
- Previous work-experience from a SaaS-company
